Is it possible that if one has endo and scarring involves the bowel and subsequently causes blockages, that this could cause severe pain/spasms during pregnancy? I have been told in the past that it is possible that I have endo. I experienced horrible lower left pelvic pain during my pregnancy that was at first associated with gas or bowel movements, getting worse as my belly grew and then would occur more often and for no reason - the pain became spasm like. It would come on suddenly with no warning and would almost make me pass out. Any insight would be great as I would like to have another baby. Tweet
