Yay! Mucoid Plaque!

Well, I don't know if it is or isn't -- dark green/black, rubbery, lots of 1/2 inch nodules on it -- about 2 feet long (although it broke) -- maybe an inch wide at widest.

I know this much, though, I've seen lots of psyllium come out of me but this is the first stuff that looked like that. Also, psyllium floats and this stuff sank right to the bottom of the bowl.

This is my second day (started yesterday morning or Sunday night if you will) on a combo Master-Cleanse with P&B shakes. I can't wait to see more!!! I'm so glad to get this crap out of me!!!
