It's my first time trying to do the Master Cleanse! Any words of advise are welcome! I'm checking out this site on a daily basis (more like 2 times a day!), and I'd really like your words of advice and encouragement! I'm so thankful that there is a 'place' like this that exists!
I'm here to become 'cleaner' and to focus on life, as opposed to what the next meal will be! I've had a constant struggle with food, and I go in waves - where I'll be really consistent with eating healthy veggies, fruit and rice, and then go 'crazy' with junky/unhealthy foods! I'm doing this cleanse in order to get back on track and eat well - especially before the holiday season! I'd like to be in a proper mindset before all of the temptations get a chance to hit me! Please offer any words of advice and encouragement! I'm here to do the same. Yippee! I'm almost halfway through day 1!
