Hi All. I'm sure this has been answered before, but I don't want to wade through all the posts.

I'm reading in Hulda Clark that a parasite cleanse should be done before the liver flush.

Can anyone say yay or nay from experience with this? I wanted to do the Liver Flush after the MC, but now I'm wondering about parasite cleanse, which seems to take quite a few weeks to complete.
