i think it's okay to take it easy, you have far more calories going out than coming in, and you need calories for energy.
i am so envious of your day 9. i'm on day 7 and so ready to have it end. i keep visulaizing myself getting through it!
rent movies and just chill in the evenings. it feels good to do.
i still do yoga, but it's not as strenuous as cardio, i realize.
