I am on day 3 and still working out strong. I walk the treadmill for 20 minutes and then lift weights for around 20 minutes. I sued to work out at night though and I can not do that anymore. I realize thought that my body is going to force my to slow down soon. I would like to keep walking the treadmill for 20 minutes during my lunches but I am not sure if I will be able to lift weights when I get farther into the cleanse. I can already feel myself getting a little weaker when I do it and I am sure that will continue. I will keep you updated.
Man am I hungry. Whoever said they work in a restaurant, I have no idea how you could do this. I am proud of you. That takes tremendous will power.
