everyone is different

it is so true what someone else here just posted -
everyone is different! I, for one, never could have eased into a MC. I had to do it cold turkey, or I never would have done it.
I had an excruciating two - three days, and then it was great.
I'm sure I could have eased the pain of those first two - three days somewhat by easing into the MC, but that is not my style.

It is so interesting to read how different we all are. :)
