Kelltl: I don't want to lose weight or muscle mass either. I'm quite slender as it is with nice muscle definition. I picked up on your protein powder thing. I am doing just that - about 1/2 scoop/pitcher because I am hypoglycemic.
Day one was yesterday, and at noon I was wondering if I'd make it to 5 pm. The more maple syrup I did, the hungrier it made me. Molasses helped some, but even then, I was STARVING every hour. So conventional or not - I purchased some untreated, unflavored whey powder.
I am currently doing (per pitcher = 1.5 qts or 2 qts)
3 lemons
4 T molasses
2 T maple syrup
1/2 scoop whey protein
1.5 cayenne pepper capsules
add water, put in blender (or the whey protein is icky). and two picthers/day, large glass every 2 hours or so.
When I get home, I'll take some measurements, including biceps. Will let y'all know if there were any changes in mass or weight when I'm finished with this thing.
AND ASK THIS GUY TOO ---> recent post this afternoon, I don't know his name or his username. His post is titled DAY 31 AND DOING GREAT (or similar, but definitely day 31). He might have some info for you as well.
