I have posted questions like this on this forum before and did not get much of a response. If anyone has any suggestions, I would really appreciate it.
I did a
Master-Cleanse back in April or May, not sure exact date now. Anyway, I lost 12.5 lbs and I did not need to lose that much weight. I lost a lot of muscle and strength during the cleanse and it took me quite a while to regain it. I have since put back on all the weight plus a few extra
pounds and I could stand to lose about 10lbs this time, but not really anymore and certainly not a lot of muscle.
My allergies have returned in full force and are horrible today. The last
Master-Cleanse absolutely squashed my allergies, but my poor eating habits have brought them back. I will be doing another
Master-Cleanse soon, but need to minimize muscle loss and weight loss. Does anyone have ANY suggestions on how I may accomplish this and still achieve a good flush? My only idea so far is to add protein powder to the mix everday to add about 10grams of protein to help minimize weight loss. HELP!
