I started this with some trepidation, because I need to eat lots of protein. I am now hungry AGAIN and it will be my third glass in 3 hours. And the headaches (none so far but it's only been since this morning - LOL) - they might be from low blood sugar OR detoxing....Anybody have any advice on this topic?
