Re: Eczema & Skin Discolourations; Help Please?

Hi, this might help the eczema, and *maybe* the discoloration. I'm not sure it will help because different things can cause eczema and it would depend on what caused yours.

Get natural yogurt with live cultures (bacterial cultures like lactobacilli), which you can find in health food stores. Rub it on your skin once a day and let it dry. Leave it on for an hour before washing it off, though maybe it would help even if you didn't leave it on so long, not sure. (It dries quickly to a powder coating on your skin, you can put on sweats or something so you don't get powder all over your home.)

A 2 lb tub of natural yogurt costs about $3 in the U.S. and would last a while, or you could just get a small carton and try it on a smaller area of skin until you know if it helps. Doesn't take much yogurt, only need a light coating.

If you see a difference within 5 days or a week, your eczema is probably caused by candida. Candida is a microbe that lives on everyone's skin, but if you have too much of it you can get rashes & acne. The lactobacilli in the yogurt kills candida.

If you've got too much candida on your skin, the yogurt would only be a temporary help, because you probably have too much candida elsewhere too. Candida overgrowth is treatable, and worth treating because it can have other health effects like making you tired. People can get candida overgrowth a lot of ways, for example taking Antibiotics . You'd have to read up on it to treat it, doctors don't often know much about it.

Yogurt with live cultures is also great for complexion, worth trying it on one's face too just to feel more beautiful. (o:

Good luck, hope you find something to help.
