I just wanted to let you know that getting a white tongue IS a sign of the toxins being removed. That whiteness is a big toxin coating!! So you are doing well! If you have a lot of weight to lose, your body may be in shock and is holding onto it very tightly. Don't forget that we are putting our bodies into starvation mode and everyone's body is going to react differently to that. It sounds like you are doing the salt water as well. That wonderful. Have you noticed all of that brown stuff in the toilet? Have you notice how it settles to the bottom and leaves a trail of brown behind it? All of that is toxins. All of that is stuff that was stuck to your intestinal walls for goodness only knows how long and couldn't get out until just now. DON'T get a colonic. It is not natural at all and is forced like doushing is. It will only be a matter of time before health professionals are telling us not to do that as well. Just keep it up with the salt water and that will do the trick. You might also want to look at your psychological views on losing wieght. I've lost a hundred pounds over the past few years, but I plateau from time to time. I've found that there are times when I'm afriad to lose the weight. What will I hide behind when my life doesn't go right? What will I blame if I get rejected? Where will the root of all my problems be once the weight is gone? Do you do any of those same things?
