I don't think using someones personal health or life issues against them is very Christ-like, now is it? In fact I think that its disgusting to that in place where people should be able to discuss these things without them being brought over to another discussion.

I like thorns contributions to the forums, thorn is a free thinker and the forums would be far less interesting without thorny in my opinion.
