Just because a news site is anti-American or pro-Arab does not mean that its stories are false. You're using an ad hominem-style attack to discredit the stories by criticizing the source, rather than determining the truth or falsity of the stories themselves.

Truth doesn't care which side you're on.

Enemy is not a synonym of liar. An enemy is certainly willing to tell the truth if the truth hurts.

Which do you favor more: Truth, or national pride?

How valid is that national pride if its basis is self-imposed ignorance?

How can we possibly make America a better place if we refuse to consider that maybe there are faults that could stand to be addressed?
