I don't think anyone is making the claim that in 10 days you will be cured from everything that may be ailing your
skin. But with a balanced program of eating right, some Liver Cleanses and The Master Cleanse you will get some
really big changes in your skin. You may want to do the Master-Cleanse longer or even several 10 day cleanses. I have
only done the one 10 cleanse and it has made a remarkable difference in my skin all over my body. But I will do
it again and again. It is also good to do some bowel cleansing...that is good also..But do it all and in a shorter time
than some products from the store that don't work you will have some nice results ..the kind that people will remark
on and it is the road to better health for all your organs...that is why it works...you want to clean out the toxins
and walla, nice skin...I am thrilled with the results but will continue on..but the 10 day fast is a great start...go
