Re: Astrology is condemned in the Bible

I have already disproved that with bible facts. But here are the same facts showing that astrology is condemned.

Read Isaiah 47:1
"Come down and sit in the dust, O virgin daughter of Babylon; Sit on the ground without a throne, O daughter of the Chaldeans! For you shall no more be called Tender and delicate."

The word, "you" (you is meant as talking directly to the city of Babylon). As like I am talking to you (I am talking directly to you Dilandau). In other words the scripture above says that, You,"city of Babylon", shall no more be called tender and delicate.

The scripture speaks directly to Babylon in the entire chapter. Now lets look on at another verse.

Isaiah 47:9 "But these two things shall come to you. In a moment, in one day: The loss of children and widowhood. They shall come upon you in their fulness. Because of the MULTITUDES OF YOUR SORCERIES. For the great abundance of your ENCHANTMENTS.

From that verse you can see that it still talks directly to Babylon with the word "you". You can also see how wicked the city is.

Isaiah 47:13 "You are wearied in the multitudes of your counsel; Let now the ASTROLOGERS, the stargazers, and the monthly prognosticators stand up and save you from what is to come upon you. 14) Behold, they shall be as stubble, The fire shall burn them; They shall not deliver themselves from the power of the flame; It shall not be a coal to be warmed by, Nor a fire to sit before.'

This very clearly is still using the word "you" for talking directly to Babylon. It is also clear here that the word "they" refers to the astrologers, the stargazers, and the monthly prognosticators stand.

All these things are indeed wicked and condemed by God.
