Re: Christianity "Debate"?

Well, perhaps the original intent for creating the forum was as you say, to have intellectual discussions about certain aspects of christianity. However as it has attracted many who are not christians, it has become a place where some come to challenge and oppose the faith, while others feel compelled to defend it.
If it were not for these intrusions, then perhaps everyone would be deeply involved in high-brow discussions of doctrinal academia. But then, that's not how it turned out. And although the phrase 'christian debate' might seem contradictory, who's to say what ought or not occur under the tittle?
All things considered, this forum may have just turned out to offer a soap box for many on every side of issues. And there's just something very appealing about freedom of expression, don't you think? Tweet
