I agree, that was a very sweet message. I have said some things here that I know will not be agreed upon by everyone. However I don't ever want discernment confused for compromise.
I don't feel that the desire to rescue others from eternal separation from God is a dogma of fear and hate. Quite the contrary, Jesus gave His life out of love for the world. It is love that should compel and propel believers into action. But as such, the truth of God's love needs to be presented in love, as mature stewards of the Word. There is a time for everything, and there is a time to love, but there is also time to hate that which is evil.
Once again, it's all a matter of balance and discernment.
I pray that we can all open the ears of our hearts and understanding, because there are invaluable lessons to be learned here and now for EVERY SINGLE ONE of us.
May the Lord Jesus Christ keep us in His perfect Peace as we seek Him in His Spirit and in His Truth.
