Hemmroids - A Free Cure

This report is written to help people suffering from hemmroids. There is nothing to buy. The report may be re posted, printed, distributed or translated by anyone for free. If it helps you the author asks that you do something good for someone else.

You may be surprised to find that the problem has a very simple solution. The problem is caused by having plugged pores of the skin. You merely have to remove the plug and the problem of hemmroids will go away. Removing the plug is as easy as popping a pimple. In fact, that's exactly what the problem is caused by, a pimple in a very delicate location.

Because of the location, the anus, people are embarrassed to say they have hemmroids even when bleeding occurs and they cannot do work or play. That's why this report is written. The report will explain why it happens and how you may heal yourself safely without embarrassment. You don't need surgery.

To start out you need to understand some things about how your body works. The anus is automatically controlled by your brain. If the anus is irritated by anything the brain automatically opens it to release the irritation. That is why spices and alcohol cause hemmroids. The anus will remain open until the irritation is gone.

The next thing to understand is that the anus is made of skin tissue. It has skin pores just like all the skin of your body. Those pores get plugged very easily. When they get plugged they swell up because the pore continues to release oil and other things the body has to get rid of.

The actual pore is below the surface of the skin. It has a duct between it and the surface of the skin. The plug occurs in the duct at the surface of the skin. As the pore continues to release oil and other excess matter into the duct, the duct swells up. The duct will eventually push the plug out and release what is inside but that can take months or even years to happen. In some cases that cannot happen because the duct is located in a fold of the skin.

When the duct is plugged and swollen the contents near the surface dry and become hard. At the surface the dried contents turn black and extend out of the skin in the shape of a tiny point. That point sticks into the skin of the opposite side of the anus. That causes the irritation which causes the brain to make the anus stay open. This type of plug is commonly known as a blackhead.

These blackheads are the same as ones found on the face or ears except they are much larger. The plug behind them is made of a white greasy clay like matter. The shape of the plug can be either a round ball or football shape. At the surface of the skin they appear only as a tiny black speck. After you remove them the irritation they cause is gone and the hemmroids will go away.

You remove them in the same way you remove one from your face or ear lobe. Gently squeeze them between the fingernails of your index fingers and they pop out. The fingernails should have smooth edges. You do not want to scratch or nick the anal tissue. That tissue is very delicate and is much like the skin below your eyes.

Sometimes the blackhead is a bit difficult to remove because the skin of the anus is loose and baggy. You can see that there is a tiny lump below the surface of the skin because the skin turns white when you try to squeeze the blackhead out. Many times you can see the shape of the lump while squeezing it.

When that happens, don't try to use force to remove the blackhead. Instead, trap the lump between your fingernails and slowly pull or stretch on the anal tissue. The lump will slowly begin to come out. You may have to try two or three times to get it out.

Sometimes a blackhead is too difficult to remove. That's ok. You don't have to remove all of them, only the biggest ones. You may have to wait for months or even a year for a lump of a blackhead to get big enough to remove. The ones that need to be removed are usually fairly easy to find and remove.

The lump of a blackhead does not always have a black head. You can still find the lump when exploring the anal tissue. When the tissue is lightly stretched it turns white where a lump is. The tissue is normally pink. It turns white when the lump restricts the blood flow as the tissue is stretched. You will probably be able to see the shape of the lump through the tissue. Remove the lump in the same way as the others.

The day after removing blackhead lumps the anus will still feel a bit tender but you'll know it's getting better. The second day after the removal you should find the hemmroids are gone and the anus closes tightly as it did when you were young.

That's all there is to taking care of normal hemmroids. As you get older you may have to do this every two or three years. The next part of this report is a section about how to do the removal followed by questions about normal hemmroid problems, a section about temporary solutions, a final section about advanced hemmroid problems & solutions and a disclaimer.



How to do the removal___________________________________________

Knowing how to solve the problem sounds easy until you try to do it. The anus is not easy to see or get to. You will need a small mirror (about 4" x 5') with an adjustable stand that holds it about 6" to 7" from the ground. You'll also need two lights and a couple of firm pillows.

If you can get a piece of mirror of the right size the stand can be made from coat hanger or cardboard using electrical or masking tape.

The lights should be flourescent and be 1 to 1.5 feet long. They will need to stand vertically. Incandescent bulbs can be used but they have more glare and could burn your legs if touched. One or two extension cords will probably be needed.

Position you body on the floor near a solid wall. Move close to the wall and put your legs upwards on the wall. Your buttocks should be on the floor and about 6" away from the wall. Place the mirror between your buttocks and the wall. Bend your knees and put your feet flat against the wall.

Place a firm pillow under your lower back but keep your buttocks on the floor. Place a larger pillow under your shoulders to help hold your head up. You're going to be in this position for a while.

Place a light beneath each leg so the anus is well light but the glare from the light does not blind your eyes while looking in the mirror. Good lighting makes a lot of difference.

In this position with good lighting you should be able to clearly see the anus. Examine its condition and remove the blackheads as described. You might also wish to have a sheet of paper or white cloth on the floor. When you remove a lump they sometimes fall from your fingertips before you get a chance to examine them. Have a piece of toilet paper nearby to collect them on. The first time you do this you might remove a dozen or more lumps.

This procedure is best done after taking a bath. The anus and hemmroids should be clean. Soap is good for the anal tissue. Wash it gently though. The fingertips can be very rough and the fingernails can easily cause a scratch or cut. A pure castile soap such as Kirk's is recommended. It has no additives as most soaps do.

If you are a male you may find that putting a tube sock over your private parts makes it easier to keep them from hanging down in the way.

1. Pain - The first symptom of hemmroids is pain or discomfort of the anus. This is caused by the anal tissues getting squeezed tightly by the sphincter. The sphincter is the muscle that actually opens and closes the anus. It is controlled by the brain automatically and also by you voluntarily.

When the anal tissues are swollen they are like a small water balloon. When they get squeezed the pressure causes the pain. It feels like getting pinched.

The pain is also caused because the tissues are very delicate. When the internal linings of the anus contact anything outside the body they also cause the pain. That pain is a sharper pain and feels like contact to an open wound.


2. Purple color - The purple color is caused by restricted blood flow in the anal tissues. If you tie a string tightly around the tip of your finger the same thing will happen. It will turn red, then dark red, then purple for the same reason. When the anal tissue goes back inside the anus where it should be the blood flow returns to normal and the pink color returns.
The longer the time is that the blood flow gets restricted, the longer the time will be for the tissue color to return to normal.

When you get older the time becomes much longer. That is because the skin tissue heals slower. When you're older you may notice that a scrape to any part of the body causes a purple color that takes a long time to return to normal color. Also, when you get older, the tissue may not completely return to normal color. It may turn to a brown color instead. The tissue has healed properly but will remain darker due to the injury.

If the tissue remains dark purple or turns black then you have a serious problem. The dark purple color means that the tissue cannot heal and the black color indicates blood poisoning. These problems will be fatal if not treated by surgery. There is an exception to the black color. See the advanced problems.

3. Bleeding - Bleeding is caused when the moist internal anal tissue contacts dry cloth. The delicate tissue instantly sticks to the cloth and gets torn apart when they separate. Nothing is terribly wrong but it is frightening and embarrassing.

This happens when the hemmroid gets so swollen that the internal tissues of the gut are pulled outside the body by the swollen hemmroid. The blood in the tissue is under great pressure and bleeding starts about as quickly as when a water balloon gets pricked by a pin.

When the bleeding stops a scab will form. That scab will also be and irritant to the anal tissue and cause the hemmroid to last longer. Do not try to remove it or another one will form in its place. Do not try to remove blackhead lumps at this time. You'll cause more bleeding and more scabs.

Put a petroleum jelly on the hemmroid and gently press it back inside the anus. When you press the hemmroid in press on the outer sides and fold in inside as much as possible. Avoid direct pressure on the center of the hemmroid as much as possible.

After the hemmroid is back inside the anus hold your buttocks together and sit down to keep it inside. It will help to sit on a firm or solid object that pushes directly on the anus. The swelling will go down by the next day. At that time the anal tissues will not be quite so hard and painful.

You may then try the removal procedure. Don't try to completely remove all lumps the first time. The hemmroid will keep trying to pop outside the body. Just gets the worst lumps and try again the next day. Don't remove any scabs. Let them heal and fall off naturally.

The anal tissues will have become stretched to a larger size. This is normal and happens to any part of you skin that gets repeatedly stretched, even the stomach. The good news is that with proper care the hemmroid will also shrink down to about 25% or less of its size. When you sit down to go to the bathroom, do it and be done with it. Don't sit there reading or meditating. Every moment that the hemmroid is outside the anus it is stretching to a larger size again.

As soon as you've finished gently and lightly wipe the anus with damp toilet paper. Then retract the anus. See retraction. If you are not able do that gently press the hemmroid inside with damp finger tips. Wipe again with damp toilet paper then with dry toilet paper until the anus is clean. Then sit down for a while until the hemmroid stays inside the anus when you stand up.

4. Other causes - Hemmroids will normally be caused by the pore ducts getting plugged by what the pores release from the blood stream. That will happen no matter what you do. The ducts cannot dump their contents because the are located inside the normally closed anus. The dried tip of the contents become a tiny thorn that irritates the anal skin and causes the brain to leave the anus open.

There are other things that will cause the anal tissue to become irritated. Alcohol, coffee and spices are common causes. All have chemical impurities that cause the irritation when they pass thru the anus. Coffee and spices can also cause irritation because of their solid parts. Coffee has fine grounds and some spices can even be seen a small thorn shapes. Paper coffee filters work best but still need to work better. If you run coffee thru a second clean paper filter you will find a large amount of fine grounds Even peanuts will remain as small pointed chunks if they are not chewed well enough. A tiny piece of stem from a grape can do it too. When food is cooked there may be small bits that are burned. Those bits will remain as tiny jagged black rocks.

If you do woodwork you may have problems with fine sawdust that gets inside your clothes. Redwood and oak are naturaly poisonous and have needle like splinters. If you are in a place that has a large amount of air born pollen that you are allergic to you may get the problem in the same way.


Temporary Solutions_____________________________________________

1. Preparation H - Preparation H is a over the counter cure for hemmroids. It is a mixture of petroleum jelly and a yeast compound. It works in two ways.

The yeast compound dehydrates the internal anal tissue. When used as directed it causes the internal anal tissues to shrink slightly. That causes a tug of war between the internal tissues and the external hemmroid tissues. The result is that the internal tissues pull the external tissues back inside the anus.

The petroleum jelly is merely a lubricant. If the anal tissues are clean they cannot slide back inside. If your body is trying to pull your hemmroids in and they are clean it cannot do so easily. That can be uncomfortable also.

Vaseline can also be used as a lubricant when needed. A lubricant will let the hemmroids slide out just as easily as in but sometimes it's what you need. The time the hemmroids spend inside is the time they spend shrinking. As you go through the day you may find that holding your buttocks together just before you sit down will cause the hemmroids to slide back inside a few minutes later. A lubricant helps that happen sooner and easier.

Preparation H cannot remove the blackhead lumps. When the hemmroid slides back into place it will stop when the scratchy points on the blackheads are encountered. You may be able to feel when that happens. The sphincter muscle will not close but the hemmroids are smaller as long as the tug of war goes on.

Preparation H is a good product depending on what ails you. It can also be put on bags below the eyes to temporarily reduce swelling for cosmetic reasons.

Alcohol compounds turn whiteheads into blackheads. The contents of a lump include oils, fats, dead & excess skin cells, components to form new skin & scar tissue and sweat. One way a pimple is caused is when the contents of a duct dry at the opening. The opening closes itself with dried skin like products. Alcohol causes the closed opening to dry and split open. Air then gets into the duct and turns the whitehead to a blackhead. It will also sharpen existing tips of existing blackheads by increasing the oil removal at the surface and thus the ability of the contents to become drier and more oxidized.

2. Retraction - Retraction is the ability to voluntarily pull the hemmroids back inside the anus. It is a valuable ability to learn because it allows you to pull the hemmroids in without even touching them or removing your clothes the push them in. That can be very important when you're in public or away from the bathroom where you can wash your hands.

To do it you have to be able to do two things at the same time. You have to be able to relax your anus (the sphincter muscle) and you have to use your lungs to inhale without letting air go in through your mouth. It is easiest to do when the stomach is empty.

Learning the relax the anus is the difficult part. Begin by getting on your hands and knees. Place your head down to the ground on a pillow and stick your buttocks up in the air. Concentrate on relaxing the anus. It may help to clinch it a little bit and the try to do the opposite of that.

It may take a few minutes to do it right. When you feel the pressure on your hemmroids lighten up you headed in the right direction. If you let your belly hang loose the force of gravity will cause it to pull the hemmroids in (or inward). Develop that ability to relax the anus.

The second part of retraction is to use the lungs to pull the hemmroids in with. Exhale all the air you can and the close you mouth so that no air can go into the lungs. Try to inhale. The stomach muscles will tighten up and the abdomen will be in a vacuum.

If you do both of these actions at the same time the hemmroids will be pulled inside the anus. This is the most basic way of doing a retraction. When it happens you'll feel the hemmroids begin to move a little bit and then they will suddenly pop back inside. It feels as if an invisible hand pushes them in for you. Putting a lubricant on the hemmroids will also help.

When you've learned to the basic retraction there are several other positions you can do it from. Stand up and bend over. Touch your toes with your fingertips. While doing that place the back of your hands flat against the floor in line with your feet. Do a retraction in this position.

The next position is the same as the last one except the hands do not have to be flat against the floor. When you can do that try do it by placing you hands on your knees instead of touching your toes. Each of these positions is easier to do than the one before it but doing a retraction becomes more difficult. You get less help from gravity.

There are two more positions to learn and the next one is important. Do a retraction while sitting on the toilet. Place your forearms on your knees and try it. You don't have to pull the hemmroids all the way in. Even a little bit is important because it removes the pressure that stretches the hemmroids to a larger size. You should do this when you cannot finish using the toilet all at once. Don't just sit there and let the hemmroids stretch while you wait. When you finish stand up and do a full retraction with your hands on your knees.

Sometimes you simply cannot do a full retraction. You'll stand there trying to pull the hemmroids in until you feel like you're going to suffocate unless you breath some air. When that happens stand up straight, take a deep breath and then try again. Sometimes only the basic position can get the job done.

The final position is to do a retraction while sitting in a chair. You might place your hands on your knees or desk.

This method of retraction may or may not work for a female. If you are pregnant it might cause a miscarriage. If you have low blood pressure you might faint and collapse or have a heart attack. It is called retraction because the author thought of an airplane retracting its landing gear.

Advanced Problems____________________________________________

1. Extremely Large
2. Black spots

1. Extremely large - If you have been exposed to an insecticide called Malathion and drink alcohol you may develop some incredibly large hemmroids. They could extend 2 «" outside the anus and be a very bloody and painful mess. This is mentioned because you might think you merely had a bad case of beer instead.

There are other names for Malathion and possibly other chemical exposures that will cause the same results. It only takes a light exposure over a long period of time to cause this. It is absorbed through skin contact with sprayed objects. You will have several other physical and mental problems also. It takes about three months to get over the worse of the problems and what remains is permanent.

2. Black spots - If you have a black spot on a hemmroid it may not be due to blood poisoning. It may be the duct of a pore that has become stretched to a long length instead. The first time the blackhead lump is removed from such a pore the duct does not fill the same way the next time. It fills up but does not turn black because the duct is long enough to be closed at its opening and not let air contact the contents of the duct. It becomes a large white lump and cannot be removed even though a painful attempt is made.

A lump like that can be removed by opening it up. This is a risky procedure to attempt. You might cut a blood vessel or cause an infection. A needle and a very clean pair of toenail clipper are needed. Do not try to use an exacto knife or a razor blade. That is much too dangerous.

Pierce the lump with the tip of the needle. Run the needle back out through the lump so that only the tiniest amount of skin is wrapped around the needle. Use the toenail clippers to cut that bit of skin off and thereby create a tiny hole. Squeeze the contents of the lump out through that hole. A slight amount of bleeding may occur.

There is some safety in this method because the needle is used to limit how much tissue the toenail clippers can remove. The lump removed may resemble a white seed with a black tail. It will be three or four times larger than a normal blackhead lump.

The hole created will close and the lump may reappear several years later. This time it may be black instead. It may be removed again in the same way. Several years after that the lump may form yet again. This time it will be even deeper and removing it by the method just described becomes too risky. See next topic.

This lump is not blood poisoning. Blood poisoning happens inside the blood stream. It may be caused by merely stepping on a thorn. A black line will begin to appear and continue to get longer. That line is dead and dying blood inside a vein. The vein has to be removed surgically or it will be fatal.

The difference is that the duct of the pore is outside the blood stream. The pore is the dividing line between inside and outside. When the duct is black it is because air has oxidized and/or dried the contents.

3. Not removable - When a stretched duct can no longer force it contents near the surface of the skin the lump forms at a deeper location that is too risky to try to open by simple piercing. You can tell that it is there because you can move it around and see its shape through the skin.

As years pass the lump becomes very large and quite annoying. Sooner or later it becomes large enough that it causes the hemmroid condition to occur. Even then it cannot and should not be removed by the methods described.

When the size of the lump gets to the point that you feel its just got to go, prepare a tiny digging hook made from a sewing pin. Do not use a needle. The metal of it is not flexible.

Using a small pair of needlenose pliers bend the very tip of the pin a little beyond 90 degrees. The hook should be as tiny as possible, about 1/32" (half of a 1/16") or less. It should be so small that you can barely scratch yourself with it.

Use the hook to dig into the peak of the lump. Snag a bit of skin and pull on the pin until it tears out of the skin. Once or twice should be enough. There should be no bleeding. Do not try to actually dig the lump out this way.

Wait several months until an opening has formed. At this time you will find that the hemmroid problem is persistent even though all other lumps have been removed. The lump is ready to be removed and may be squeezed out as any other lump. It will have to be squeezed out twice. The first time will not remove all of the contents at once. The total size of the removed contents may be about 1/4" long and 1/8" diameter.

What this procedure has done is to help the body create a new opening for the duct. The contents of the duct are under pressure but they cannot be forced out by the body because they are in to deep. The use of the digging hook weakens the skin at the surface. The weakened spot stretches to a larger size as the lump is being forced out by increasing pressure from the ducts continued release of material. The persistent hemmroid condition indicates the lump is near the surface and ready to be removed.

4. Internal - There is one more place that a lump can form and cause hemmroids to occur, inside the anus. If you've removed all other lumps and still have a persistent hemmroid condition, lubricate your index finger thoroughly and gently stick it inside your anus. You should feel only soft and pillowy flesh. If you feel a slightly pointy bump you may have a lump that has formed on the inside of the anus.

If you're lucky you may be able to break it open as follows. Catch the pointy tip of the lump under the fingernail. Press you finger to the side wall of the anus so that the tip of the lump is trapped under your fingernail. Slowly pull you finger out. You should find the tip of the lump trapped under your fingernail. When you examine the material it should resemble the contents removed from other lumps.

When the hemmroid condition has gone away a day or two later, you may be able to see the duct releasing the remaining contents. It will appear as a white spot on the side wall just inside the anus. Trying to squeeze the remaining contents out is probably not possible because it's too far inside to get at. You're lucky that you were able to open up the plugged tip of the duct.

If you do this be careful not to scratch or cut the anal tissue with the fingernail. You may have to prepare your fingernail for a day or two in advance so that it can do this. It should be short and smooth.
