Re: 1st bowel cleansing. Ready, set, SCARED!

I looked through the bowel clease images yesterday. It was the first time I've looked at them since my experience. My stuff looked a lot like the pictures. While its rubbery and firm, it is not rock hard. My biggest pain is psychological, having to accept that all that gross stuff was in nice ol' me.
BTW-I've started on the shakes again too. This parasite cleanse is so hard. I'm hoping the Colon Cleanse will help get rid of these die off symptoms.
