Finally! I Got Ropes!!!

I am not really doing a Bowel Cleanse right now, but I just passed over three feet of mucoid plaque. It was not as dark as the first segment I passed a couple of weeks ago week I was doing the P&B shakes. This was brown, very heavy, almost fiberous and had a vile odor, very different from a normal fecal smell. Also it was hollow on the inside, and bumpy,(colon shaped?) on the outside. The outer surface contained the bodies of some sort of parasite, roundworms I think, embedded in plaque. I feel so much lighter and emptier. This was a major event in my cleansing efforts.
I am on the fifth day of a Master Cleanse fast. I am also doing a parasite cleanse after passing a large worm last week. Yesterday I was feeling quite ill and thought I would add a couple of psyllium drinks to the cleanse. I took the psyllium about twenty-four hours before passing the plaque. My Chiropractor/Naturopath is guiding me through the parasite cleanse, one of the products he gave me is an enzyme supplement called Inflamase, it contains both gastric and intestinal release enzymes. I think this product is what helped with the release of the mucoid plaque.
The ropes came out after a garlic enema, I was trying to expell any worms that might have died off, I never thought about releasing plaque. I am sure what came out was not psyllium, first of all I had not taken enough to account for the huge BM. Secondly, this matter was hollow. (I went potty fishing, looking for parasite bodies. Finally the appearence, texture, smell, and weight was not that of a regular psyllium evacuation. At the end of the event some psyllium was released.
I feel like a whole different person, so much lighter and clearer. I was a little shakey right after releasing everything, but a glass of the Master-Cleanse drink brought me back. I have been doing Bowel Cleanses off and on for over six months. Today had been the pay off. I'm curious about what else may follow.
