Re: this is making me sort of worried....

The simple fact is that when you ingest insoluble fiber, its going to come out the other end. Psyllium does contain insoluble fiber. However it is this fiber that makes the product work. It scrubs the walls of the colon as it works its way through the bowel. It picks up and hold mucus and other material. The bulk also increases transit time with helps stop fecal material from remaining inside and fermenting, and it takes toxins out of the body naturally.
I don't know what the product the article is promoting contains, but it sounds like a laxative more than a cleanser. I wish I knew more about it, but I could not navigate the site except for a few pages, I couldn't even get to the end of the article.
When I read posts by people like Zule who have passed what they call mucoid plague without being on psyllium, I have to believe there is a lot more going on in our bowels besides passing a little psyllium husk. When I did my bowel cleanse, I passed huge amount of material. None of it looked like the pictures of plaque in the Image Gallery , but I know it was more than just psyllium and Bentonite coming out. All I can say with absolute certainty is that I feel much better after doing the cleanse.
