I would believe Tracey, Lapis, Hopinso, Bone before I believe someone selling a product

I passed a lot black rubbery mucoid plaque the shape of a rope with knots just by using psyllium. I used to see pictures of this and heard stories about it and didn't think to much of it until it happened to me, (felt the same about Liver Flushing & passed HUNDREDS OF STONES). I was sooo excited to pass this stuff, I told the whole house about it. I was too excited to be embarrased. some were a foot long some shorter but definetly black and rubbery and had been shaped around my colon for some time. I think I would know if it was psyllium. Taking the psyllium seems to help me pass this stuff.
I am now a believer of all those here who has suffered and found relief through psyllium-bentonite & trial and era. The information they share cost us nothing, but yet it is so very priceless. I do value people like Tracey, Lapis, Hopinso, Yemeda, bone & more that have cared enough to take out time and educate us to the wonders of natural-alternative remedies. Not once have they tried to sell me anything.
I'm not saying that there are not times when someone strongly believes in a product and truly thinks it will help or the ineffectiveness of others products through their own experience, but I would believe Tracey, Lapis, Bone, Hopinso, yemeda before I would believe someone with a website trying desperately to sell the notion that psyllium is not effective and selling there product, discrediting something so natural as psyllium. Psyllium and Bentonite clay (volcanic ashe) It has helped me tremendously.
