No you can't always see them or feel them. Many parasites are invisible to the eye, but some are not.
I had no idea that I had parasites. However I did a parasite cleanse because it is recommended before a liver flush, which I was planning to do. It was only after my third Liver Flush that I found, to my horror, about 20 intestinal flukes in the toilet, about one inch long.
