Sorry for the delay, I had to ask to someone more experienced. The last thing I want to do is to mislead you.

"It really depends on the person using it. It depends on how much toxin is present in his body in the first place. A person who is exposed to pollutants will have more toxins than someone who works in a sterile environment. A smoker and drinker will have more than a vegetarian who does not smoke ot drink.

Typically, use of Detoxi-Pad for 1-2 weeks daily for the first time is recommended. After which, a maintenance of one week use out of every month is sufficient. After the first week's use, the toxin levels will have reached equilibrium. This means the intake and extraction will be about equal and that no more change in the color will be noticed unless drastic changes in diet or lifestyle is done.

The lightness of the used pads' color will stay at a certain level and this is indicative of equilibrium. The used pads will never be totally white as long as it is used on live humans as our body's metabolism continues to produce toxins.

The mucous that you see draining out is probably a product of your detoxification. This means that your body is reacting very well to the process."
