Thanks for your post. Very inspirational. Did you use the pads more than once and felt relief? I was reading at various sites last night and they all said after 7 hours, even if not wet, they should not be used again. (of course that means they sell more)

I did order some from the essence site after spending a lot of time comparing ingredients and prices. I've never used the pads, but after reading your post, I'm looking forward to getting my order to see what they do for my aches and pains. Omie
