Not sure to post?

You know I was in the kitchen making myself some lunch and was thinking about my cooking pots & pans. I know they are a great brand but have the teflon in side and I know now that this would not be the desirable ones if a person is tring to eliminate so many BAD things from their life.

Now as I was in there I wanted to come on and ask what everyone else uses for cooing in.
Then it hit me what forum would be best to ask this question?

I realize that we have messages about heavy metals and foot pads and I dont know what else in several different forums:

Amalgam,best products,suggestion to web master, toxins maybe even the lymph forum just all over the place not sure how many we are talking bout foot detox pads and detoxing in. We need to maybe decide where we want to carry on our conversations on Heavy Metals - Detoxing and what we are doing to eliminate this in our life.

maybe this forum is the best huh?
