NEED HELP WITH MY PH LEVELS

What is prime PH?? how does it work. I did the urine test with ph test stripes 4 different times/days and each time it was 5.5

As I do have cancer, I'm wondering what I can do to quickly raise my ph levels safely. There's only so much diet change, but no change in the ph levels at all yet. Is there a pill or a drink or a product which all by itself can raise my ph levels? Thanks.
