Great - then that's what I'll do. I think it would be good to get some chlorophyll and varied nutrients into my body as well. You seem to be very knowledgable about this. What is the longest you have ever fasted? Did your tongue turn pink towards the end? And how do I know when I have cleaned enough plaque off of my insides? I have been doing salt water flushes and I did some Bentonite and psyllium but it was too much to take during the week so I was only doing it on the weekend.
