sir, thank you very much for your advice and help. A few questions for you though... you think the main problem, after the stress, is the bite? fixing the bite might be a way to help the ear problems, or is the ear problems something that i'd seek help on AFTER fixing the bite?

I'm just very curious to see if you think this treatment will be the only treatment i'll have to go though (i won't hold you to your word, i am just curious what your opinion is)

also, how much do you think this visit would be? I don't think Aetna will pay much of anything.
