FYI Candida steals, binds Magnesium.

There are those who have been ecstatic about using Apple Cider Vinegar, a fermentation by-product. It is because it is rich in Magnesium which, like Candida, binds the "relaxer" mineral that keeps Calcium in solution. One of the most deleterious effects of Candida overgrowth in the gut from Antibiotic use is Candida's snitching of Magnesium.

Magnesium deficiency can lead to a vicious cycle of Strep infection, which thrives on a low Magnesium environment. Treat Candida with Undecyclenic Acid (available on the web and in some o.t.c. products) or with easy-to-find Caprylic Acid/mixed Caprylates in a mineral base.
