Oh Wow, that's alot to start with- mine wasn't so much- so we will start a little at a time

I am happy to get insturctions and pic's and even show you the beautiful music for sadhana- but this is too much for a starter- we will pick what to start with- and know when 31 minutes is mentioned that is the outcome; the fete can be started at 1 minute or 7 min or 11 minute or 31 minute-these are the starting out numbers then to finally 31 minutes.
