get down on the ground slowly, so that you're kneeling.
now say to yourself, or just close your mouth and think these words:
"Lord Jesus, I recognize you as the son of god almighty, and I want to admit to you that I am a sinner and I ask for your forgiveness so that I may be admitted into the kingdom of heaven and I can be as one with you forever when I die, amen."

then slowly, get up, and begin the rest of your life ! don't you feel better? hey, you got a true friend with you now, always!
