1's and problems with co-workers.

Hi Chris! :)

10-21-1968

1-3-6

challenges: 2/3/5/1

The problem with being a 1 is 1's don't respect process, teamwork and timing as much as they could. This leads to frustration and acting out that actually slows down or totally disrupts all progress.

They tend to assume that people know what to do and how to do it, and this assumption makes the clueless people around them feel ashamed and stupid and actually hide their ignorance and incompetence even further.

They often fail to allow their co-workers to make their own mistakes, delegate responsibility, or *compliment people* for a job well done. It's easy for them to forget to do these things because they are so naturally driven to excellence, from within, they forget that other people need carrots. ;)

People who are very much 1's should find a partner who's a 2 or 6 to be their go-between and handle the more social aspects of friendly persuasion and teamwork. An aide-de-camp, as it were. :)

1's need to work on focus, should really be their own boss of their own business or a consultant, especially with that 21/3 day, you need the freedom of creating your own routine and taking breathers after pulling an all-nighter. Your rhythm just isn't the standard 8-5 day in day out rhythm and you need to respect that.

Hope that makes sense! :)
