I have been using Vitalzym for several weeks now. It is the first "systemic" enzyme that I have used. I have had major, major candida die off, which I thought I had gotten under control with everything else I had been doing - liver flushing, 3lac, probiotics, etc. But I guess the Vitalzym found some more of the little buggers. I am taking it for several reasons, mostly for female problems, and it may be a little too soon to tell, but I think I can tell some improvement. Will know in a few more weeks. Thanks.
