You know, I really don't know exactly about the religious or medical part of it. But the government requires any kid that will be enrolled in school to show proof of vaccination, if there's not a record, then they feel it's not safe for that kid to be in that school, so the kid is not accepted. I know of cases where the kid started attending even a month after school started because they needed one vaccination that the doctor's couldn't get. Probably the religious part wouldn't be accepted here, but I could check. It's the same actually with summer camp, the vaccinations have to be up to date for the kids to be able to attend. You know, the fear of a kid giving something to the other kid!!! It's incredible.

A friend of my sister's (well, the husband) was changing the baby's diaper the day after the baby had the polio shot, the dad touched the poopies, and contracted polio, and know he's in a wheelchair!! And they say it's not dangerous!!
