I did the flush where you drink a pint of olive oil by taking a quarter cup every 15 minutes (along with juice) it also called for massive doses of Epsom Salts . I got it here on Curezone. I just swallowed the last drink, swished my mouth and went to bed. The flush was very effective, but after the first hour, it was almost impossible to down those drinks, it was by far the hardest and most unpleasent flush to do, but like I said, I got good results.
I can usually swallow 3/4 cup olive oil followed by 3/4 cup lemon juice, I don't like it, but I can do it.
