My first flush... it may have worked, but too soon to tell - and a little kidney pain
Hey. Well, thanks to the abundant responses I got to my recent post about what I should do about my "gall sludge" problem, I decided to try out the gall/liver flush. Here's what I did:
I followed the instructions to Dr. Clark's flush techniques, with a few exceptions. First, I didn't do the kidney or
parasite flushes, for lack of time. Second, I couldn't seem to fall asleep after taking the olive oil/lemon drinks (which actually didn't taste all that bad... I thought the
Epsom Salts were WAY worse.) And finally, I didn't do the final
Epsom Salt drink.
As far as my results are concerned, it may be too early to tell if it solved my problem, but I feel ok so far. I think I passed stones, but I'm not sure. After my bowel movements, I saw what appeared to look like green peas, but they didn't look like they had the consistancy of "rocks." It's about 6:15pm now, and I just had another movement with about 20-30 in the toilet, if they are in fact stones and not just little broken bits of stool.
My only complaint is that I think due to the fact that I didn't do the kidney flush, my left kidney hurts a little... like there's some pressure coming from it. Is there anything I can do for it, or am I too late? And if I were to flush them, which method would be best for me to do and easiest to find ingredients for?
Thanks for everyone who has responded and helped me through this. Geez, I've been such a mess this past week :-/
