Re: 13th flush results at last!

Thank you for a wonderful post. I did my 3rd one a bit over a week ago. It takes me about a week to recover, but then slowly I start feeling a difference. This time I notice I am sleeping so much better than I have in years. The stones that came out were mostly tan and some of them were 3/4 inch long. I was amazed. In the 2 previous flushes I didn't get big ones like that, so i am expecting a big improvement. I stick to a vegan diet, because it seems to be the easiest to my digestive system. I still get so tired from eating (most of all lunch). I get nauseated every day, morning noon and night. I get really disgusted with it sometimes. But I try to remember how big of an improvement I feel since I started flushing, so I will keep on trucking. I need to remember that it took 10 years to get sick, so it is expected it will take a few years to get better (working on year 3). I too wonder about those stones, and why the big ones made me as sick as the little ones, and what are they?
My family is pretty supportive, eventhough I think they might wonder. My mother-in-law did a flush, because she had a gallbladder attack and was ready to start feeling better from that and a lot of other stuff that is ailing her.
Anyway, I believe in flushing and am also so glad I found this website. It is informative and supportive, and I thank all of you.
