Next time, mix the
Epsom Salts with apple juice and down it quick. I mix one tablespoon of
Epsom Salts with one cup of apple juice. I take that twice or three times before the flush and once after. It's still a sour taste, but it makes it much more palatable.
My nutritionist suggests using Magnesium Citrate, which comes in a bottle at most drug stores, instead of the
Epsom Salts . She says to drink the whole bottle an hour beofre you drink the olive oil. The stuff is nastier to me than the epsom salts, so there's no way I'd do that, but it's an option you might try.
You should try again, but drink organic apple juice every day for a week before the cleanse. This will also soften up the stone. If you want to spend the money, I think Juilia's Gold Coin Grass product, coptis and chinese bitters are great. I took them when I first started having problems and they really helped.
I have seen people post that they got stones about the size of quarters on here before, that's around the size of your stone. Please think twice before you have surgery. My aunt had her gall bladder out and it only temporarily removed her pain and now she has chronic diarhea to go along with her pain. When 20% of the people end up with a chronic lifetime condition after gall bladder surgery, it's something you need to consider very hard before taking the plunge.
I hope you feel better soon. Start drinking that apple juice now, it will make you feel better in the long run. During my last attack I started drinking apple juice mixed with epsom salts and using a heating pad over my liver area and that really helped. :)
