Revisited: 2.74cm Gall Stone - Post Flush

Well I tried the flush this weekend. The only part I messed up on was I ate a little fat in the morning. Not thinking, I ate 2 pieces of toast for breakfast... and of couse bread has fat. But other than that I followed it closely and even drank a lot of apple juice all last week. A lot of stuff came out but judging by how my gall bladder feels the big stone did NOT come out.

I will never do the flush that way again. I really didn't mind the Olive oil and juice (I used lemon instead of Grapefruit) but the Epsoms Salt was beyond belief. That was incredibly horrible to drink. It tasted like Muriatic acid. So if I try it again it will have to be with something besides ES.

Hint: Clark said you could add some Vit. C powder to the ES. What I found was if you just rubbed the Vit. C powder on your tongue before drinking and then right afterwards it was a little better.... but not much. Holding your nose does NOT make a difference! Drink fast.

I did not feel bad the next day although I did come close to yakking at 6am on Sat. when I had to drink that ES again. 8am wasn't much better. I did feel off-center most of the day.

A lot of stuff came out but mostly just gooey looking green globs which I figured was the Olive Oil. There was other stuff but I really didn't look through it. I am sure the big stone I had stuck in my GB is still there. It is starting to hurt again.

I am not sure what my next step will be. I really don't want to have the GB removed but the only person I've seen on here with a stone this size that was verified by ultrasound wasn't able to get it out either. Another person has shrunk it by 10% using Gold Coin Grass but it took 6 Months! Sounds like it could take a couple years that way. I am not going to live with this for a couple years.
