coffee enema after the liver flush

Hi,
I've asked myself your same qtns. I've decided it's best to do a coffee enema AFTER a liver flush.

I did a Liver Flush Thrs night and did two 15 min coffee enemas Friday morning 1 hr after the morning's first epson's salt. I followed that up w/ several water enemas and then had my last Epsom Salt drink.

I also believe you can do coffee enema's on the off-weeks that you aren't flushing liver.

From what I've read, you shouldn't do coffee enema's too often (no more than once a week). I always follow a coffee enema w/ a good water enema flush.
