Does coffee enema dialate the biliary ducts?

From reading on this fourm, I know that coffee enemas are supposed to make the liver spit out toxins, but does a coffee enema also dialate the bile ducts? If not, how do you prevent a stone from getting stuck? I would assume that stones are squeezed out as well as toxins. Do people use coffee enema before a Liver Flush or only afterward?
