i never said anyone was sexist. i just get the sense that, in this country, it's mostly males who are interested in politics. i try to discuss politics with any of my female friends, even those who were supposedly poli-sci majors in college, they get all defensive. women haven't grasped the concept yet that one can be on opposite sides of the fence and still remain friends, whereas my male friends are open for knock-down drag-out discussions where we tear each other's oplinions down, then go out for drinks and watch the game. women are afraid they'll end up being hated like hillary clinton if they voice a political opinion, or they'll be labeled a lesbian - they HAVE to have strong political convictions (just so this doesn't come back to bite me in the ass later - i have nothing against lesbians). so i guess if anyone's sexist, it's me. every now and then a woman will pop in here, but i get the feeling that most frequenters are male. so what? it doesn't bother me. i was just making an observation, that's all.
