who knows? perhaps they're biding their time. polls can be done and analyzed 'til we all turn blue in the face, but the truth behind how americans REALLY feel will be shown at elections in nov 2004, so i guess we'll just have to wait and see. personally, i refuse to become a citizen at this juncture, as i do not wish to have bush's name on any of the documents (petty indeed, but i'd like to see anyone here blame me...), but if i COULD vote, i'd probably not waste it on bush. surprise!!!
