No Doubt - Permanent Mental Impairment

I, mistakenly, caught a replay of Bush's Labor Day speech on C-Span. (Due to a rain delay of Cubs game.) How pathetic to see him wearing a union cap. Almost as bad as the carrier fiasco. It was like an athiest taking communion from the Pope. To make a long story short, how can anyone speak in absolutely total contradiction to every act
he has performed since being enthroned. He must have used a "key point" note pad because no speech writer would write a presidential speech that poorly. There is no doubt in my mind that we have an IQ well under 100 with this fellow. It would behoove any reader to search for this speech and watch or listen to it. It was an operating engineer's picnic in Ohio, this morning. Talk about the proverbial turd in the punch bowl.
