Oxygen Elements Plus (formerly Hydroxygen Plus) is NOT intended to be an amino acid, enzyme or trace element supplement. They are not trying to meet RDA requirements or beyond by adding these ingredients.

The small amount of those ingredients in the OE+ feed nutrients to the cells and are germaine to the oxygenation process. One would have to look to Daily Vita Plus for vitamins, and to Mega Minerals Plus or Coral Complete Caps for complete major and minor mineralization. Or whatever brand you prefer for this purpose. I like my Superfood.
