How is that? Wouldn't the commercial type be made with kefir grains too? It says the ingredients are: Partially skim organic milk, bacterial culture. And at the bottom "Contains natural active bacterias and yeasts living in symbiosis".

It's fizzy, and it's obviously a milk derivative.

What exactly is the commercial kefir then?
