I've struggled with candida for more than half my life and only recently (three years ago) discovered that was my problem. A few weeks ago I started downing Kefir, about a half gallon a day. I read about it on one of these posts. I was a little reluctant at first, but I liked it better than my yogurt and it goes down pretty quick.
The first week, I was bloated almost every night, but after that, the bloating went away. I actually started feeling better for the first time since treating my candida with Diflucan a couple of years ago.
I hear a lot of people say that probiotics in a pill form is the way to go, but that never seemed to make a difference for me. The Kefir has. And it actually tastes good. Just thought I'd share that.
