Re: WHEW!!!

BIG sigh of relief. Glad you're doing OK. Was wondering how it all went for you and getting a little worried that you hadn't posted!

I have been picturing reading the newspapers..."Conneticut Woman Found, Tragically Attacked by Murdurous Enema Bag" or something along those lines. "It seemed like a perfectly nice enema bag", sobbed family friend blah blah blah...."So tragic"....etc...etc.."She was so young...". Neighbors mystefied, cops stumped as to motive, and yours truly wracked with guilt over here on the West coast.

So. First off let me just say that I have only made it close to twelve minutes ONCE. And that was probably eight minutes. Usually it is less than 5 minutes. So it's not just you.

Good for you for going for it and talking down your subconscious!

So are you going to try it again?

-- Try relaxing as much as possible, do all that silly deep breathing.
-- Use WARM to body temperature fluid. I prefer warm.
-- Did you hang the bag over a towel rack? Remember, the higher the bag the faster the fluid goes in.

RELAXING is really the key but isn't that the biggest Catch-22 ever considering you are in the most ridiculous position, doing soemthing that is about the most counter-intuitive thing ever, naked on your bathroom floor? But it helps. it really does.

I am better from all my trauma but still haven't heard back from the doctor or the lab. SIGH. Not that I expected to, those idiotic so-and-so's. I am having the most INSANE Sugar cravings and I've been giving in to them. Help!!!
